HSPI S.p.A. is seeking an Extracurricular Intern to join the Rome office as PMO & ESG Consultant.

You will support ESG and Project Management initiatives for public and private sector clients, collecting and analyzing ESG data, and preparing sustainability and gender equality reports per CSRD, ESRS and GRI standards. Work alongside senior consultants to conduct regulatory research, benchmarking, and coordinate project planning and monitoring activities, while meeting deadlines and quality

Competenze

• Interest in ESG topics, gender equality and sustainability reporting.
• Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks (GRI/ESRS).
• Familiarity with GRI 400 Series and ESRS on Social & Governance.
• Interest in project management, planning and coordination.
• Strong analytical, organizational and data processing skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint.

HSPI S.p.A., a leading IT Management Consulting company and part of TXT Group, is looking for an Extracurricular Intern to join its Rome office as a PMO & ESG Consultant.

The selected candidate will join our team supporting ESG and Project Management initiatives for both public and private sector clients. Working alongside senior consultants, the intern will contribute to the collection and analysis of ESG data, the preparation of sustainability and gender equality reports in accordance with CSRD, ESRS and GRI standards, regulatory research and benchmarking activities, as well as project planning, monitoring and coordination for complex consulting engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the collection, processing and analysis of ESG data and KPIs, including data disaggregated by gender, role and business area.
• Assist in the preparation of Gender Equality Reports in compliance with applicable regulations and standards, including UNI/PdR 125:2022.
• Contribute to the preparation of sustainability reporting sections in accordance with GRI and ESRS standards, with a focus on Social and Governance topics.
• Support the identification of risks, critical issues and improvement opportunities, contributing to the definition of strategies, measurable objectives and corrective actions.
• Conduct research, regulatory analysis and benchmarking activities related to sustainability, gender equality, diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I).
• Support project planning and monitoring activities, including timelines, deliverables and key dependencies.
• Prepare and update project documentation such as work plans, progress reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, action logs, decision logs and risk registers.
• Collect and consolidate information from different stakeholders and project workstreams.
• Participate in client meetings, supporting meeting preparation, minute taking and follow-up of agreed actions.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure effective project execution while meeting deadlines, quality standards and project objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Political Science, Law, or a related field.
• Interest in and knowledge of ESG topics, particularly gender equality, inclusion and sustainability reporting.
• Knowledge—gained through academic studies or previous internships—of sustainability reporting and reporting frameworks aligned with GRI and ESRS standards.
• Familiarity with GRI Standards, particularly the GRI 400 Series, and ESRS standards related to Social and Governance topics.
• Interest in Project Management, including project planning, monitoring and coordination activities.
• Strong analytical, organizational and data processing skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
