HSPI S.p.A. is seeking an Extracurricular Intern to join the Rome office as PMO & ESG Consultant.

You will support ESG and Project Management initiatives for public and private sector clients, collecting and analyzing ESG data, and preparing sustainability and gender equality reports per CSRD, ESRS and GRI standards. Work alongside senior consultants to conduct regulatory research, benchmarking, and coordinate project planning and monitoring activities, while meeting deadlines and quality

Competenze

• Interest in ESG topics, gender equality and sustainability reporting.
• Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks (GRI/ESRS).
• Familiarity with GRI 400 Series and ESRS on Social & Governance.
• Interest in project management, planning and coordination.
• Strong analytical, organizational and data processing skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint.

Mansioni

• Support ESG data collection, processing and KPI analysis, including gender-disaggregated data.
• Assist in preparing Gender Equality Reports per applicable regulations and standards.
• Contribute to sustainability reporting sections (GRI/ESRS) focusing on Social & Governance.
• Help identify risks and improvement opportunities, define objectives and corrective actions.
• Conduct regulatory research and benchmarking on sustainability, DE&I topics.
• Support project planning, timelines, deliverables and dependencies.
• Prepare and update project docs: work plans, progress reports, dashboards, minutes, logs.
• Gather information from stakeholders and project streams.
• Attend client meetings, assist with meeting prep and action follow-ups.
• Collaborate to ensure on-time, quality project execution.
