HSPI S.p.A., azienda leader nella consulenza IT, cerca un Junior IT Project Manager da inserire nell'ufficio di Bologna. Il candidato sarà coinvolto in progetti innovativi nel settore assicurativo, supportando la governance di piattaforme Enterprise DevOps e collaborando con il team di gestione progetti.

L'opportunità prevede contratto a tempo indeterminato, modello ibrido e una RAL che va da 25.000 a 29.000 euro all'anno.

Competenze

• Laurea in discipline STEM (ingegneria, informatica, matematica o campo correlato)
• Conoscenza di base di gestione progetti e framework Agile
• Buona conoscenza di Microsoft Office
• Ottima conoscenza di Jira
• Ottima conoscenza di Claude
• Buona padronanza della lingua inglese

Mansioni

• Supportare attività di pianificazione e gestione di progetto
• Aggiornare strumenti di pianificazione (diagrammi di Gantt, milestone, piani di attività)
• Supportare attività Agile/Scrum e gestione del backlog usando Jira
• Preparare documentazione e reportistica di progetto
• Favorire la comunicazione con clienti e stakeholder
• Monitorare avanzamento, attività e scadenze del progetto
• Supportare attività legate a DevOps e processi CI/CD

HSPI S.p.A., a leading management consulting firm in IT Governance services and part of the TXT Group, is looking to strengthen its team at the Bologna office by hiring a Junior IT Project Manager.

The selected candidate will be involved in innovative IT projects in the Insurance sector, supporting the team in the governance of Enterprise DevOps platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project planning and management activities
• Update planning tools (Gantt charts, milestones, activity plans)
• Support Agile/Scrum activities and backlog management using Jira
• Prepare project documentation and reporting
• Support communication with clients and project stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, activities, and deadlines
• Assist with activities related to DevOps and CI/CD processes

Required Skills:

• Degree in STEM disciplines (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields)
• Basic knowledge of Project Management and Agile frameworks
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent knowledge of Jira
• Excellent knowledge of Claude
• Good command of the English language

The position offers a permanent employment contract , CCNL Commercio, with a RAL ranging from €25.000 to €29.000.
