NHOA Energy in Milan seeks a curious Sustainability & ESG Intern to join the Sustainability team and contribute to projects supporting the energy transition.

You will gain hands-on experience in ESG reporting, carbon footprint analysis, sustainable supply chains, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability strategy within an international environment. The role is hybrid with Milan offices and offers an internship allowance and meal vouchers.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental or Energy Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Economics, Management, Sustainable Finance, or related fields.
• Strong interest in sustainability, ESG, climate change, and energy transition.
• Good analytical skills and confidence working with data.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive mindset.

This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in ESG reporting, carbon footprint analysis, sustainable supply chains, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability strategy within an international environment.

Location: Hybrid remote and Milan Offices.
