ERM is seeking an Intern based in Milan to join the Merger & Acquisition team. The role includes involvement in EHS audits during M&A projects and ESG audits with action plan definition to support sustainable development.

The ideal candidate holds a Master in Environmental, Energy or Chemical Engineering, speaks English at C1 level, and is willing to travel in an international context. The position offers a structured learning path, exposure to cross-border projects, and a collaborative team

Competenze

• Master's degree in Environmental, Energy or Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Fluent English (C1); additional languages a plus.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel and work in an international setting.
• Curiosity, flexibility and a team-player attitude.

Mansioni

• Participate in EHS audits within mergers and acquisitions projects.
• Assist with ESG audits and define action plans to manage risks and opportunities for sustainable development.

ERM is looking for an Intern based in Milan who is willing to join our Merger & Acquisition team.

The person will be included in the team activities such as:

• Environmental, health and safety (EHS) audits in the framework of mergers and acquisitions projects;
• Environmental, social, governance (ESG) audits and action plan definition, to help companies identifying and managing risks and opportunities for sustainable development.;

The Ideal Candidate has:

• Master degree in Environmental, Energy or Chemical Engineering, or other relevant disciplines;
• Fluency in English (C1 level), knowledge of other foreign languages will be considered a plus;
• Good knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
• Willingness to travel and to work in an international environment
• Curiosity, flexibility, and team player attitude

The recommended recruiting range for this role is 700euros + 19 ticket restaurant/month (value of 8.50euros each).
