Job summary

Yokohama TWS in Italy seeks a Production Manager to monitor costs and optimize production, lead and develop plant staff, and drive Manufacturing Excellence initiatives. You will collaborate with shift teams and other managers to meet short- and mid-term financial and operating targets.

You will oversee IMS compliance, participate in audits, and implement corrective actions when non-conformities arise. A proactive, solutions-focused leader with strong English skills is required for this on-site
