Job summary

CRI-MAN S.p.A. in Correggio, Italy, seeks a Production Manager to align manufacturing and inbound logistics, delivering high‑quality products on time and at optimal cost.

Lead cross‑functional teams, drive lean manufacturing and Six Sigma, and foster safety, collaboration and accountability while shaping the plant's manufacturing strategy.

This on-site role requires a Engineering degree, cross‑functional leadership experience, ERP proficiency, and fluency in Italian and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree - or above - in Engineering studies or equivalent.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional manufacturing teams.
• Strong background in production planning, logistics, and lean manufacturing.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent command of both Italian and English is mandatory.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Six Sigma).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Continue to integrate operations processes into Atlas Copco processes.
• Lead and manage a cross-functional team including Manufacturing Engineers, Planners, Logistics, Foremen and Operators.
• Oversee daily production operations to meet safety, output, quality and cost objectives.
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Ensure efficient material flow from inbound logistics to production lines.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Suppliers to guarantee timely raw materials delivery.
• Develop and execute production plans aligned with customer demand and capacity.
• Coordinate with PQMs, CCTMs, NPDs, PTMs, PCMs in various meetings.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to support smooth operations.
• Monitor and report KPI for production and logistics.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability and operational excellence.
• Align with Marketing on Market needs.
• Be an ambassador for the Product Company in divisional platforms and boards.
