Baker Hughes offers an internship program for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in dynamic simulation and plant modeling. You will work on projects, receive coaching, and learn HS&E culture while collaborating with engineers and cross-functional teams.

Successfully candidates should be pursuing or have completed a degree in Engineering or related fields, with interest in ML/AI, Python, and Microsoft tools. Eligible for flexible working options where available.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ level degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, or related STEM/business program.
• GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent; focus on thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, process, numerical methods, or control systems.
• Interest and exposure to tools development, testing, and plant modeling using Matlab/Simulink, Aspen Hysys, Unisim, etc.
• Basic programming skills (e.g., Python) and proficient MS Office usage (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
