KLN Project in Italy seeks a Planning & Scheduling Engineer to join its Project Control team, delivering end-to-end planning for large-scale Offshore Oil & Gas EPC projects. You will develop and maintain schedules, consolidate subcontractor inputs, and provide reliable forecasts across international project environments.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in EPC planning, strong Primavera P6 expertise, and fluent English; offshore experience is a plus.

Competenze

• 8+ years in project planning within the EPC Oil & Gas sector (offshore experience is considered a plus).
• Strong expertise in Primavera P6 (mandatory).
• Proven experience in managing complex, multi-interface projects.
• Proactive approach with strong analytical and coordination skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Planning & Scheduling Engineer KLN Project • Ficarazzelli-Bagni Italia, IT

KLN Project, for its EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) activities, is seeking a Planning & Scheduling Engineer to join its Project Control team, supporting the delivery of large-scale Offshore Oil & Gas EPC projects. This position will report to the Project Control Manager, and she/he will play a key role in delivering end-to-end planning and scheduling services within complex and international project environments. The candidate will work in close coordination with the Project Team, Client and Subcontractors to ensure robust planning, reliable forecasting, accurate progress monitoring, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• develop and maintain detailed project schedule in line with project requirements;

Employment classification: operative position, level commensurate with experience.

Compensation: annual gross salary - average range €60K - €80K based on expertise and competences; possible exceptions might be taken into account.
