Energy Dome cerca un Project Planner da inserire nel team internazionale. In qualità di responsabile della pianificazione, supporterai lo sviluppo e l’aggiornamento del programma integrato, coordinando ingegneria, approvvigionamento, supply chain, costruzione e commissioning.

Competenze

• Laurea in Ingegneria, gestione progetti o disciplina tecnica correlata.
• 3–5 anni di esperienza in pianificazione o scheduling di progetti.
• Esperienza nello sviluppo e aggiornamento di programmi multidisciplinari.
• Buona comprensione di ingegneria, procurement, supply chain, costruzione e commissioning.
• Conoscenza di Primavera P6 (preferita) e/o Microsoft Project.
• Buona conoscenza di Microsoft Excel; Power BI è un plus.
• Spiccate capacità analitiche e organizzative, attenzione ai dettagli.
• Buone capacità comunicative e di lavoro in team.
• Fluente in inglese e italiano.
• Disponibilità per viaggi internazionali occasionali.

Mansioni

• Sostenere lo sviluppo, l’aggiornamento e la manutenzione di scheduler integrati.
• Gestire il master schedule integrato con engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction e commissioning.
• Monitorare percorso critico, rischi e dipendenze, segnalando ritardi al Project Planning Manager.
• Tracciare avanzamento progetto e aggiornare gli scheduli secondo l’esecuzione reale.
• Coordinare con ingegneria, supply chain, procurement e construction per dati di avanzamento.
• Preparare look-ahead, dashboard di milestone, report di planning e aggiornamenti di avanzamento.
• Supportare revisioni di planning con team interni.
• Contribuire a forecasting e analisi delle prestazioni per governance di progetto.
• Applicare best practices di pianificazione e standard di scheduling.

About the Role

We're looking for an exceptional Project Planner to support the planning and scheduling activities across our utility-scale energy storage projects.

Reporting to the C- suit of the company, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of the integrated project schedule, helping to coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Construction and Commissioning activities into a single execution plan.

Working alongside Project Managers and the planning team, you will help ensure that project milestones are tracked, schedule updates are accurate, and potential delays are flagged early. This is a cross-functional role, ideal for a planning professional looking to grow within a fast-scaling, international energy company.

Location: Milan's HQ, with 4 days per week onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development, update and maintenance of integrated project schedules, from project kick-off through commissioning and handover.
• Assist in building and managing the project master schedule, integrating Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Construction and Commissioning activities.
• Help monitor the project critical path, schedule risks and key dependencies, escalating issues to the Project Planning Manager.
• Track project progress and update schedules against actual execution.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement and Construction teams to collect progress data and align on priorities.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules, milestone dashboards, planning reports and progress updates.
• Support regular planning and schedule review meetings with internal teams.
• Contribute to accurate schedule forecasting and performance analysis for project governance.
• Apply planning best practices and scheduling standards across project activities.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related technical discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in project planning or scheduling, ideally within EPC, infrastructure, energy, industrial plants or capital projects.
• Experience supporting the development and update of project schedules for multidisciplinary projects.
• Good understanding of Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Construction and Commissioning workflows.
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 (preferred) and/or Microsoft Project.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent English and Italian.
• Availability for occasional international travel.

We offer a base salary of €45.000 - €55.000 based on seniority + performance-based bonuses + SOP plans + amazing company benefits (welfare, carbon-free bonuses, relocation assistance etc).
