ASUS in Lombardy, Cernusco sul Naviglio, seeks a temporary maternity replacement for a Planner role to manage forecasting, product mapping, price lists and orders processing, supporting Italy marketing and liaising with HQ and WEMEA.

The ideal candidate is analytical, experienced in B2B IT markets, well organized, proactive, able to work under pressure, fluent in English, with strong Office and CRM skills.

• Ensure ontime and flawless execution of quarterly forecasting, product mapping, prices list and orders processing plans, aligned with business objectives.
• Support local Sales Team in execute their operative tasks.
• Ensure consistency and the correct execution of different task, aligned with guidelines.
• Monitor deliveries activities results with the all Sales Teams and stimulate improving actions when needed
• Attend weekly alignment calls with Internal Sales Teams or other local functions and align the actions accordingly
• Facilitate internal and cross functional communication, both at global and local level.

About the Role

we are searching for a temporary hiring for maternity replacement. As Planner you will be responsible of Forecasting, Products Mapping, Price Lists and orders Processing ensuring on time execution of different tasks and the implementation of the quarterly activities. You will support Italy marketing team too, facilitating the relationship with HQ and WEMEA , becoming the planner contact point for internal stakeholders and cross functional teams.

Responsibilities
