Perfetti Van Melle is seeking a Supply Planning Lead in Lainate to manage end-to-end supply for internal suppliers. You will ensure order accuracy, set supply parameters, and monitor production and delivery plans to meet service level and stock coverage targets.

You will own S/4 workflows, manage suppliers, align with Marketing, and support multiple teams to maintain service levels and stock. A strong data analysis background and SAP HANA expertise are essential.

Competenze

• 5 years experience as Supply Planner in FMCG industry.
• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HANA MM/PP modules.
• Advanced data analysis and Excel (Power Query) skills.
• Experience with Power BI and data lakes.

• Take ownership of S/4-related workflows and system processes, identifying issues, improving data flows, and fixing bugs with IT to enhance planning.
• Manage internal and external suppliers: monitor production/delivery plans, maintain purchase orders, ensure supply continuity.
• Coordinate with Marketing to align project timelines and communicate obsolescence for product phase-outs.
• Support local Supply Planning teams on service level issues.
• Monitor stock coverage and critical code communications.
• Define, test, and update MRP parameters for materials to ensure planning accuracy.
• Assist Customer Service, Finance, and Sales on service level and stock coverage.
• Prepare and share a weekly supply report highlighting at-risk products and upcoming supply issues.

Main Purpose of the role

You’ll manage the end-to-end supply process for internal suppliers. You’ll ensure the accuracy of orders, maintain supply parameters, and continuously monitor production and delivery plans to guarantee service level and stock coverage targets are met.

What you will do

• Take ownership of S/4-related workflows and system processes, proactively identifying and resolving issues, improving data flows, and working closely with IT and key users to fix bugs and enhance planning effectiveness.


• Management of internal and external suppliers: monitoring production and delivery plans, maintaining purchase orders, and ensuring supply continuity.


• Alignment with Marketing to ensure project timelines and communication of obsolescence related to product phase-outs.


• Support local Supply Planning teams on issues related to service levels;


• Stock coverage, and critical code communications;


• Define, test, and update MRP parameters for materials to ensure planning accuracy;


• Support Customer Service, Finance, and Sales teams regarding service level and stock coverage;


• Prepare and share a weekly supply report highlighting at-risk products and upcoming supply issues.

Our Perfect Candidate

• 5 years experience as Supply Planner in FMCG industry;


• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.


• Strong knowledge of SAP HANA (especially MM and PP modules)


• Data analysis skills, advanced Excel (Power Query, nested functions); PowerBI and Datalake


• Basic knowledge of MS PBI


• Experience with database tools (examples: Angles for SAP, SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office, OLAP cube)


• Ability to manage multiple priorities with speed and accuracy


• Professional proficiency in English

The position offers a gross annual salary starting from €60,000. Additional compensation and company benefits may also apply and will be discussed and defined during the selection process and on an individual basis.
