Beko Europe is seeking a motivated Master’s student to join the Supply & Demand Planning team on a six-month internship in Milan. You will support production and outsourced supply requests, analyze historical data, and help improve forecast accuracy.

You will work with cross-functional teams to prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations while developing advanced Excel skills and professional Italian/English communication in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in a related field as stated.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities required.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis skills.

Mansioni

• Support preparation and update of production and outsourced supply requests.
• Analyze historical sales data, inputs from Sales, and inventory levels.
• Monitor stock levels and identify risks with excess or shortages.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, Sales, Marketing, CS and Operations.
• Support data analysis on forecast accuracy, warehouse performance, service levels.
• Prepare periodic reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and data quality.
• Support master data maintenance and validation in planning systems.
• Participate in ad hoc supply chain projects and analyses.

We are looking for a motivated and analytical individual to join the Supply & Demand Planning team. The selected candidate will support planning activities aimed at ensuring product availability, optimizing stock levels, and improving sales forecast accuracy.

This internship represents a valuable opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in Supply Chain planning processes within a dynamic and challenging environment.

Your responsibilities will include

• Supporting the preparation and update of production and outsourced supply requests through the analysis of historical sales data, inputs from the Sales team, and inventory levels
• Collaborating in monitoring stock levels and identifying potential risks related to excess, slow‑moving items, or shortages
• Interacting with Supply Planning, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations teams to gather and consolidate information required for planning processes
• Supporting data analysis activities related to forecast accuracy, warehouse performance, and service levels
• Preparing periodic reports, dashboards, and presentations to support review and planning activities
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing planning processes and data quality
• Supporting master data maintenance and validation activities within planning systems
• Participating in ad hoc Supply Chain projects and analyses
• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Management Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration or related fields
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
