Randstad Italy Aerospace Division is seeking a Junior Material Planner to support master scheduling and production planning for a leader in the aeronautical sector. You will manage demand, align production with customer requirements, and interact with global teams to ensure feasible SAP plans.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in related fields, fluency in English and Italian, and knowledge of SAP. A fixed-term contract with potential extension is offered in Torino.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma with relevant experience in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Fluent in English and Italian, both oral and written.
• Familiar with SAP and MS Office tools.
• Lean principles knowledge is a plus.

Mansioni

• Load and manage the production plan in the MPS system to support customer requirements.
• Ensure Production Plan alignment to Customer Requirements for all plants.
• Conduct weekly Customer Demand Collaboration and PO management.
• Analyze demand versus plant capacity/feasibility and identify pull-in/push-out opportunities.
• Coordinate with Program Management, Fulfillment, MPS controllers and Sourcing to guarantee feasible SAP plans.

Randstad Italy Aerospace Division is looking for a Material Planner Junior for a company leader in the aeronautical sector

As Master Scheduler you will be responsible for the Demand Management and Production Planning

You will demonstrate ability in communicating Business goals/programs/processes for a business segment and be able to positive impact short-term and long-term Business goals.

You will provide and load the best production plan in the MPS system to support Customer requirements, taking into account the planning rules and the CoE’s capacity constraints, proactively interfacing with internal and external Customers.

• Ensure Production Plan alignment to Customer Requirements for all plants through:
• Weekly Customer Demand Collaboration and PO management
• Customer Demand analysis vs Plants capacity/feasibility
• Pull-in/Push-out opportunities identification both within and outside of the frozen period
• Drive engine volume changes and spares components scheduling discussions with all the other internal functions involved (Program Management, Fulfillment, MPS controllers and Sourcing) to guarantee feasible plans in SAP
• Interact with global team based in Cincinnati (Master Schedulers, Planners, Forecasters and Configuration Managers) through periodic calls and meetings within the application of the FLIGHT DECK approach
• Accountability for short and long term planning both on system SAP
• Responsibility over the main Company KPIs (inventory, delinquency, output metrics)
• Proactively support cross-functional improvement projects
• Propose and foster continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in management, Industrial, Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering or High School Technical Diploma with relevant experience
• Previous experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain environment
• Fluent in English and Italian, both oral and written
• Familiar with SAP
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Sense of prioritization
• Strong interpersonal skills and international team-working attitude
• Accuracy and attention to details attitude
• Knowledge of Lean principles and mindset
• Proficient use of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
