A global technology leader is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support impactful marketing initiatives in Cernusco sul Naviglio, Italy. The role involves implementing Trade Marketing activities and collaborating with various teams. The ideal candidate has a degree in Marketing/Communication with 2+ years of relevant experience and proficiency in English. Digital marketing knowledge is a plus. This is a full-time temporary role covering maternity leave.

Competenze

• 2+ years experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing, preferably from IT companies.
• English written and spoken proficiency is required.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Minimum 2+ years of marketing or trade marketing experience, preferably from IT companies.

Mansioni

• Implement and monitor Trade Marketing activities to boost sales.
• Review and update product pages on major e-tailers.
• Support development of marketing activities for new product launches.
• Coordinate with HQ Marketing on local initiatives.
• Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities.

About the Role: As part of our Consumer Marketing Team for the Systems PC Business Unit, you will support in delivering impactful marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand and connect with partners across Italy.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor Trade Marketing activities for ASUS Certified Dealers to boost sales, enhance brand visibility, and reinforce strategic partnerships.
• Regularly review and update ASUS product pages on major e‑tailers (e.g. Amazon), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with platform guidelines to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
• Support the development of Marketing activities for new product launches, adapting communication assets across online and offline channels to engage users, increase awareness, and drive sales.
• Coordinate with HQ Marketing to report on local marketing initiatives and partnerships in Italy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and external agencies to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts.
• Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to differentiate ASUS products and services.
• Provide insights and feedback on sales needs and market trends to internal teams.
• Assist in managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI for assigned activities.
• Prepare regular (monthly and quarterly) performance reports.

Qualifications:

• Degree is a Must‑have, preferably in Marketing/ Communication / Economics Studies.
• Language Skills: English written and spoken.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office application (PPT/Excel..).
• Experience: 2+ years experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing, preferably from IT companies.

Required Skills:

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.

Pay range and compensation package
