Avolta in Milan is seeking a Business Development Specialist (EMEA) to drive regional growth across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will support business cases, financial analyses, and tender proposals to optimise EBITDA and expand the portfolio.

Join a team focused on strategic growth, collaborating with HQ and Business Units to shape proposals and establish key partnerships for long-term success.

Competenze

• Master’s Degree or equivalent.
• 5 years of proven experience within a complex global retail organization or management consultancy with experience in an accounting/financial role.
• Detailed understanding of Financial P&Ls, Balance Sheets and Modelling.
• Exposure to managing complex relationships within a tough business sector. Development of Business models.
• Knowledge of F&B and retail markets and business analytic skills.

Mansioni

• Prepare business cases and financial analyses for opportunities in the territory (EMEA).
• Prepare supporting documents and analyses for internal approvals.
• Lead and support tender response documents.
• Maximise new business contribution to EBITDA growth.
• Coordinate with HQ and Business Units for tenders or negotiations to grow and defend the current portfolio.
• Develop approaches and proposals for special tenders with the BD Director.
• Establish contacts with Business Partners to maximize growth.
• Prepare executive presentations.
