Job summary
Caldic is seeking a Technical Application & Formulation Specialist – Personal Care to establish and grow our Personal Care application laboratory in an on-site role. You will develop innovative formulations, evaluate ingredients from suppliers, and provide technical support to customers and our commercial teams across Europe.
The ideal candidate has a technical background with 3–5 years in formulation development and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in formulation development, application support, technical service, or laboratory work within the Personal Care industry is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Establish and operate the Personal Care application laboratory.
- Develop, optimize and showcase innovative Personal Care formulations.
- Provide technical support to customers and commercial teams.
- Coordinate with suppliers and partners to identify new opportunities.
- Contribute to business growth with technical-commercial activities.
