Bolton invites applications for an R&D Testing & Consumer Insights Specialist in Calenzano to support marketing and R&D in claims development, performance testing, and clinical trials coordination. You will liaise with external institutes, manage test samples, and interpret results within a cross-functional R&D team.

The role requires a chemistry background with 2–3 years of relevant experience, fluency in English and Italian, and a flexible smart-working arrangement.

• Bachelor in Chemistry or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
