Job summary

GEA, a leading global supplier for food, beverage and pharma sectors, seeks a People Partner for the Pharma & Food Application division in Italy. You will act as advisor to managers, supporting HR policy creation, recruitment, onboarding and development within a matrix organization.

The role requires a BA/BS or MS in HRM, 10 years of HR experience, and fluency in Italian and English (C1–C2). The position uses Italian CCNL for Metalworking and offers a competitive gross salary and benefits.

The People Partner for GEA BU EFT acts as an advisor and sparring partner for managers. The People Partner is situated within the Division "Pharma & Food Application". He or she will report to the People Partner PFA Italy & ME.

Responsibilities / Tasks

• Sparring partner and coach for the management at tactical and strategic level.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• You hold a bachelor (BSc) or master (MSc) degree in or related to Human Resources Management.
• You have 10 years' experience with general HR themes.
• You have a hands-on mentality and like to be part of the operational dynamics.
• You have relevant experience in an engineering and technical environment, (plus) part of an international matrix organization or in global industries with a production.
• You have a high sense of integrity and open communication.
• You have experience with labor relations and a solid understanding of the Collective Labor Agreement.
• You have a structured way of working; analytical skills and you are a real initiator.
• Your Italian and English language skills are excellent (C1-C2).

What We Offer

The position falls under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry, with job classification and level to be defined based on the candidate's experience and skills.

The indicative gross annual salary range for this role is between €50,000 and €70,000 , depending on experience, technical expertise, level of autonomy, and market alignment.

The overall compensation package may also include variable components and additional company benefits, which will be discussed during the selection process.
