GEA Group in Italy seeks an experienced People Partner for the Pharma & Food Application division to act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for managers. The role is based within the PFA Italy & ME structure and reports to the PFA Italy & ME People Partner.

The incumbent will drive HR development, policies, and labor relations, while supporting recruitment, onboarding, development and offboarding, education and career planning across a matrix, international environment.

Formación

• Bachelor (BSc) or master (MSc) in or related to Human Resources Management.
• 10 years of experience with general HR topics.
• Hands-on mentality with operational focus.
• Experience in an engineering/technical environment within a global, matrix organization.
• High integrity and open communication.
• Experience with labor relations and understanding of the Collective Labor Agreement (CAO).
• Structured, analytical, proactive approach.
• Excellent Italian and English language skills (C1-C2).

Your responsibilities and tasks

• Sparring partner and coach for the management at tactical and strategic level.
• HR development, co-responsible for the design of HR policies and instruments.
• Negotiation, execution and checkup of work agreements, the Collective Labor Agreement (CAO) and legally defined, as well as internal, policies and arrangements.
• Supporting the management with recruitment (onboarding), employee development and off boarding.
• Education, development and career planning.
• Development and application of working conditions.
• Execution of (global) HR projects.

Your profile and qualifications

• You hold a bachelor (BSc) or master (MSc) degree in or related to Human Resources Management.
• You have 10 years’ experience with general HR themes.
• You have a hands-on mentality and like to be part of the operational dynamics.
• You have relevant experience in an engineering and technical environment, (plus) part of an international matrix organization or in global industries with a production.
• You have a high sense of integrity and open communication.
• You have experience with labor relations and a solid understanding of the Collective Labor Agreement.
• You have a structured way of working; analytical skills and you are a real initiator.
• Your Italian and English language skills are excellent (C1-C2).

What We Offer

The position falls under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry, with job classification and level to be defined based on the candidate’s experience and skills.

The indicative gross annual salary range for this role is between €50,000 and €70,000, depending on experience, technical expertise, level of autonomy, and market alignment.

The overall compensation package may also include variable components and additional company benefits, which will be discussed during the selection process.
