Durante Adesivi SpA in Italy is seeking a Payroll & Personnel Administration Specialist to oversee payroll, personnel management and compliance with labour regulations. You will report to the HR Manager and coordinate with external labour consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate data and timely processing.

The role requires a degree in HR or related field, 3–5 years in payroll and personnel administration, knowledge of Italian labour law, and proficiency with HR systems and

Competenze

• Degree or Diploma in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Law or related field.
• Additional qualifications in Payroll Administration, Labour Law or Personnel Management are a plus.
• Solid knowledge of Italian labour law and payroll processes.

Mansioni

• Manage monthly time and attendance processing and data accuracy.
• Submit payroll data to external labour consultant.
• Review payroll reports and payslips for correctness and compliance.
• Oversee employee lifecycle administration including hires, changes, salary updates and terminations.
• Support salaries payment processing and related accounting activities.
• Administer pension funds, healthcare schemes, and union deductions.
• Monitor workforce data and prepare HR reports and statistics.
• Coordinate with labour consultants, auditors and social security institutions.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and employee management activities.
