Mollie is seeking an Implementation Manager in Italy to lead post-sales integration for our largest deals. You will guide merchants from handover through testing to go live, coordinating with sales, product and engineering while managing timelines and issues.

Competenze

• 3 to 5 years of experience in ecommerce or payments in a similar role.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Strong organisational and structuring skills with solid project management ability.
• Genuine technical interest and the ability to understand APIs.
• Ownership mindset with initiative in implementation while staying flexible within processes.
• Honest, open communication and collaboration with pre-sales teams during handover.

Mansioni

• Own the post-sales integration phase for Mollie’s largest and most complex deals, from handover through testing to go live.
• Run kickoffs with internal and external stakeholders, set go live dates and track progress.
• Organise and track testing, raise issues and manage feedback as needed.
• Coordinate across sales, product and engineering, plus merchants, to keep all aligned.
• Maintain go-live dates to prevent revenue loss and ensure smooth delivery.
• Create and maintain documentation and playbooks to make delivery predictable and scalable.
