Job summary

Alira Health in Milano is seeking a Patient Engagement & Advocacy Engagement Manager to lead multi-project delivery and client engagements, including business development, under Partners and Managing Partners.

You will design patient engagement activities across the product lifecycle, translate insights into recommendations for clinical development and HTA submissions, and ensure ethical and compliant practices while mentoring teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in management consulting, private equity, life sciences companies or health technology assessment (HTA) agencies.
• Hands-on experience designing and running patient engagement initiatives (e.g., advisory boards, patient research, advocacy partnerships) is strongly preferred.
• Graduate degree with an excellent track record in Life Sciences, Business, Economics or Engineering. Advanced degrees (PhD, specialized Master's in Life Sciences, MBA or similar) are a plus.
• Experience managing large teams efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution teams and client engagements across multiple projects.
• Design and lead patient engagement activities across the product lifecycle, such as patient advisory boards and patient journey mapping.
• Translate patient insights into actionable recommendations for trial design, endpoints and PROs.
• Ensure ethical, legal and compliance standards in patient engagement.
