Amazon Italia is recruiting an Operations Manager through Pathways, a three-year leadership program for MBA or Master’s grads. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage people, processes and technology, and drive continuous improvement across fulfillment, sortation or delivery centers in Italy.

From Day 1 you work on real challenges, advance through steps from Area Manager to Senior Operations Manager, including weekend shifts.

Competenze

• MBA or equivalent Master’s degree.
• Willingness to work nonstandard hours including weekends/holidays.
• 3+ years of professional or military experience.
