Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead Area Managers, shaping the operational plan to meet targets while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity across our sites.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and Safety teams to drive improvements and optimize performance. The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on mentoring to develop managers and elevate site operations within the Logistica sector.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in people and stakeholder management.
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and intermediate proficiency in the local language.
• Experience using data to influence business decisions.
• Experience in key areas of production and supply chains.

• Manage and develop a team of Area Managers.
• Lead operational teams on a shift and improve site performance.
