Amazon invites MBA or Master’s graduates to join the Pathways Operations Leadership Development Program in Italy. You will progress through Area Manager, Operations Manager, and Senior Operations Manager roles, leading cross-functional teams and driving improvements across fulfillment, sortation, and delivery sites.

Expect to work weekends, holidays, and shifts during the first three years while building leadership capabilities and strategic operations expertise in a global network.

Competenze

• MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of professional or military experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including overnights and holidays.
