Four Seasons Hotel Firenze in Florence is seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. In this role, you will support the creation of exquisite desserts for our restaurants, banquets, and special events.

Working alongside experienced chefs in one of Florence's most prestigious luxury hotels, you will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences while upholding the highest standards of quality, creativity, and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of pastry/culinary experience.
• Passion for pastry and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment and techniques.
• Fluency in Italian; English is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and bakery items.
• Support pastry operations, mise en place and station setup.
• Assist the Pastry Chef de Partie in supervising and training team members.
• Ensure proper food storage, stock rotation, and hygiene standards.
• Operate and maintain pastry kitchen equipment safely.
• Contribute to special requests and support other kitchen areas as needed.
