Four Seasons Hotel Milano in Italy is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to join our luxury kitchen team. You will supervise the preparation of pastries, chocolates, breads, and desserts for guests and banquets, ensuring high standards and consistent presentation.

The role reports to the Executive Pastry Chef and requires a creative, hands-on leader with experience in a luxury hotel. Fluency in English and Italian and the ability to work flexible shifts are essential.

Mansioni

• Supervise the preparation of pastries, breads, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, chocolates and show pieces for guest and banquet orders, ensuring recipe, portion and presentation standards.
• Maintain safe and sanitary work environment, date containers and rotate stock per policy, monitor perishables and temperatures.
• Develop and mentor the pastry team to deliver consistent, high-level service and guest satisfaction.
