Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking a passionate Commis de Partie to join our culinary team. You will help create exceptional dining experiences by preparing high-quality dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while upholding the highest standards of excellence that define Four Seasons.

In this full-time role, you will work in a fast-paced kitchen under experienced chefs, bringing strong knife skills and knowledge of food safety.

Qualifications

• Prior culinary experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation, maintenance and cleaning.
• Proficient knife skills for fast-paced environments.
• Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene and quality standards.
• Fluency in Italian; English proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner per recipes and standards.
• Set up and maintain kitchen stations for service.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor food quality, stock levels and storage procedures.
• Minimize food waste and support cost-control initiatives.
• Assist across different kitchen areas with preparation and cleaning.
