Job summary

Ingram Micro in Milan, Italy is seeking a Customer Success Specialist – Cisco to help partners grow within the Cisco ecosystem. You will identify opportunities, recruit new B2B partners, and maximize Cisco programs to drive long-term success.

You will engage with cross-functional teams and use Ingram Micro Xvantage to propel growth across Networking, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Infrastructure solutions, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes for partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer success roles in IT distribution or related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and engage new B2B partners within the Cisco ecosystem.
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound activities and campaigns.
• Manage partner lifecycle from prospecting to onboarding and ongoing engagement.
• Build trusted relationships with partners to maximize Cisco solutions value.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute growth strategies.
