Job summary

Odoo is seeking a Junior Indirect Sales Executive in Italy to manage a portfolio of Partners including IT consultancies and system integrators. You will onboard and coach Partners, develop go-to-market plans, and drive their first contracts.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of sales experience, fluent Italian (C2) and English (C1), with strong negotiation and relationship skills. The role is hybrid (3 days on site, 2 remote) with a salary of €30,000–€36,000 plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales/Consulting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Odoo Partners (IT consultancies, system integrators) and be their main contact.
• Onboard and coach Partners on strategic and commercial best practices and product training.
• Help Partners define go-to-market strategy from definition to closing contracts.
• Lead Partners to grow their Odoo business with market positioning and sales excellence.
• Qualify inbound leads and conduct tailored product demos with Partners.
• Negotiate licenses, cloud services, and pricing with Partners and customers.
