Isabel Marant in Roma is seeking a part-time Sales and Stylist Advisor (24h) to embody the brand and deliver a personalized in-store experience. You will drive sales, provide fashion styling advice, and nurture client relationships through CRM follow-up.

You will also assist with stock, floor presentation, and visual merchandising to maintain the brand image. The role requires 2 years of luxury retail experience and a strong KPI focus, with excellent communication and presentation.

Competenze

• 2 years of experience in selling Ready to Wear and Leather Goods in Fashion or Luxury Retail.
• Perfect understanding of retail business KPIs.
• Excellent personal presentation.
• Proactive and positive, a good team player with high motivation.
• Excellent communication with management, staff and clients.

Mansioni

• Contribute to development of brand image by providing a unique in-store experience and personalized fashion styling advice.
• Drive sales and achieve targets by introducing complementary items.
• Share product and brand knowledge; build and maintain relationships with clients; collect CRM details and follow up with clients.
