Moncler in Roma - Rinascente seeks a Full-Time Client Advisor to deliver exceptional client experiences and guide customers through the brand heritage. You will drive sales, support stock replenishment, and collaborate with the team to maintain high service standards.

The role requires 2-5 years in luxury retail, fluency in Italian and English, and a passion for luxury fashion. Moncler offers a fixed salary with a commission scheme and meal vouchers.

Competenze

• 2-5 years of experience in sales in luxury fashion or retail.
• International mindset and ability to work effectively with a diverse clientele.
• Passion for retail, strong client orientation, and a commercially driven mindset.
• Excellent understanding of the luxury market and strong product sensitivity.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English is required; proficiency in any additional language is a plus.

• Deliver an exceptional and personalized client experience, building long-lasting relationships through clienteling and after-sales activities.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to store performance.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of visual merchandising standards and stock management in collaboration with VM team.
