Avvale is seeking a Back Office Clerk and Receptionist in Milan for a part-time role with afternoon availability. The position includes office and meeting room management, occasional reception duties, and coordination with suppliers.

The contract is fixed-term under the CCNL Commercio e Terziario, with a salary in the €23,000–€25,000 gross annual range, prorated for working hours. A benefits package and training opportunities are included.

• Excellent command of the PC, including email and Office package.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Good organisational skills.
• Strong attitude to customer relations.
• Preferably car owner.
• Availability for a part-time position in the morning.

Mansioni

• Manage meeting rooms and the main office.
• Provide possible reception coverage.
• Handle event management and travel arrangements for colleagues.
• Liaise with suppliers and manage archiving
• Support head office reporting and asset delivery.
