ING is seeking a Paid Media Specialist in Milan, Italy, offering a permanent full-time contract. The role leads hands-on performance across all paid channels, with a focus on growth, ROI, and testing. Salary starts at 48,000€ per year with policy-based bonuses and a flexible, hybrid work model.

You will collaborate with SEO, content, and CRO to align growth plans, while reporting, tracking, and optimizing campaigns across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Experience of at least 2 in the role.
• Ability to manage critical situations through good decision‑making skills.
• Degree in Digital Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Engineering.
• Knowledge of the English language.
• Knowledge of the main performance channels including hands on experience in Search Console.
• Knowledge of the following software: Google Search Console, GA4, Tealium Customer Data Platform, Adjust Mobile Measurement Platform.

Responsibilities

• Own the hands-on execution of our paid performance strategy across all paid channels - from campaign setup to daily bidding optimization.
• Own performance reporting and forecasting across paid channels, ensuring budget pacing and ROI targets are met.
• Design and run a structured testing roadmap (creative, audience, bidding strategy) to continuously improve efficiency
• Ensure tracking and measurement infrastructure is correctly implemented across campaigns
• Act as the technical challenger to our agency partners and push for smarter, faster delivery
• Work closely with peers across SEO, content and CRO to align on a shared growth agenda
• Work closely with key stakeholders across product, sales and brand to drive impact

Activities

As a Paid Media Specialist, you will define and execute our digital performance strategy across all channels and funnels. You will work in a multidisciplinary team of performance, conversion and content specialists, where you will ensure that our marketing engine scales both fast and sustainably.

You combine strategic vision with hands-on action: you know how to push for quick wins while also laying the foundation for long-term structural growth.

Responsibilities

Contract offer

Working conditions : Permanent employment contract

Working hours : Full time (37 hours per week)

Applicable Collective Labour Agreement : National Collective Labour Agreement for employees in the credit sector (NCLA)

Location : Milan (hybrid)

Starting annual base salary : 48.000€

Variable remuneration : in line with the applicable remuneration policies (with a target based on the role, outcomes linked to the Group, Business line/function and individual performance)
