ING Bank N.V. is seeking a Paid Media Expert in Italy to define and execute our digital performance strategy across all channels and funnels.

You will join a multidisciplinary team of performance, conversion and content specialists, delivering fast wins and building long-term growth foundations. You will own hands-on execution, reporting, testing roadmaps, tracking, and collaboration with SEO, CRO, product, sales and brand to maximize impact.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in the role.
• Ability to manage critical situations with sound decision-making.
• Degree in Digital Marketing, Statistics, Economics or Engineering.
• Proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of major performance channels and hands-on Search Console experience.
• Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Tealium CDP and Adjust MMP.

• Execute the paid performance strategy across all channels from setup to daily bidding optimization.
• Produce performance reporting and forecasting ensuring budget pacing and ROI targets.

Activities

As a Paid Media Expert, you will define and execute our digital performance strategy across all channels and funnels. You will work in a multidisciplinary team of performance, conversion and content specialists, where you will ensure that our marketing engine scales both fast and sustainably.

You combine strategic vision with hands‑on action: you know how to push for quick wins while also laying the foundation for long‑term structural growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the hands-on execution of our paid performance strategy across all paid channels – from campaign setup to daily bidding optimization.
• Own performance reporting and forecasting across paid channels, ensuring budget pacing and ROI targets are met.
• Design and run a structured testing roadmap (creative, audience, bidding strategy) to continuously improve efficiency
• Ensure tracking and measurement infrastructure is correctly implemented across campaigns
• Act as the technical challenger to our agency partners and push for smarter, faster delivery
• Work closely with peers across SEO, content and CRO to align on a shared growth agenda
• Work closely with key stakeholders across product, sales and brand to drive impact

Required skills

Experience of at least 5 in the role

Ability to manage critical situations through good decision-making skills

Degree in field Digital Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Engineering

Knowledge of the English language

Knowledge of the main performance channels including hands on experience in Search Console

Knowledge of the following software: Google Search Console, GA4, Tealium Customer Data Platform, Adjust Mobile Measurement Platform

Contract offer

Working hours: Full time (37 hours per week)

Applicable Collective Labour Agreement: National Collective Labour Agreement for employees in the credit sector (NCLA)

Starting annual base salary from: 56.000€

Variable remuneration: in line with the applicable remuneration policies (with a target based on the role, outcomes linked to the Group, Business line/function and individual performance)
