Procter & Gamble in Rome seeks an Influencer & Community Manager to drive brand advocacy across social platforms. You will define influencer strategies, collaborate with Brand and Media teams, and lead campaigns from brief to ROI.

You will nurture creator relationships, manage UGC programs, monitor trends, and develop data-driven recommendations. This role combines hands-on execution with strategic oversight in a fast-paced consumer goods environment.

Competenze

• Experience in influencer marketing, social media, brand partnerships, or account management.
• Experience managing social communities and UGC programs.
• Experience in beauty/luxury/premium consumer goods is a strong advantage.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into recommendations.
• Excellent organization and ability to work across teams.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

• Define influencer engagement strategies with Brand and Media Managers.
• Identify, evaluate, and select influencers with brand objectives.
• Lead creative briefs and campaign guidance for influencers and creators.
• Build relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent reps.
• Ensure high-quality content and premium campaign execution.
• Own end-to-end campaign execution including ROI evaluation.
• Engage audiences across key social platforms.
