Agfa HealthCare is seeking an Application Specialist (PACS/RIS/VNA) to join our team in Milano with hybrid work and up to 80% travel within Italy. The role involves workflow analysis, configuration, troubleshooting and training.

You will perform on-site implementations at customer sites, optimize installations, and develop training and documentation for PACS/RIS administrators, radiographers, clinicians and support staff.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Radiologic Imaging and Radiotherapy Techniques or radiographer with PACS/RIS admin experience
• Willing to travel up to 80% in Italy
• 1–3 years in healthcare with medical imaging and hospital workflows
• Experience with hospital workflows and radiology environments
• Experience supporting complex clinical software environments (medical imaging, radiology) a plus
• PACS/RIS system experience a plus
• AGFA HealthCare systems experience a plus

Mansioni

• Work at customer sites to conduct workflow analysis
• Configure applications on and off-site
• Analyze and troubleshoot implemented solutions

• Lead on-site RIS/PACS deployments with the project team
• Contribute to installation optimization
• Provide start-up support and documentation

• Assist in developing training and documentation
• Analyze user feedback and report to stakeholders
• Input and follow-up on application incidents
• Complete site visit reports with Project Manager
• Support Sales with customer demonstrations
• Provide project feedback to the Project Manager
