AGFA HealthCare is seeking an Applications Specialist to drive the on-site deployment and optimization of PACS, RIS and VNA solutions across Italian clients. You will analyze workflows, configure applications, train users and document deployments in collaboration with the project team.

Ideal candidates have PACS/RIS admin experience, 1–3 years in healthcare imaging, and are willing to travel up to 80%. This hybrid role combines on-site engagement with remote support and customer demonstrations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Radiologic Impaging and Radiotherapy Techniques or radiographer with PACS/RIS admin experience.
• Willing to travel up to 80% of the time within Italy.
• 1–3 years in healthcare with imaging and hospital workflows.
• Experience in radiology environments and processes is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results oriented.

Mansioni

• Work on-site to conduct workflow analysis and configure applications.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot PACS/RIS/VNA solutions on and off-site.
• Deliver training to PACS/RIS administrators, radiographers, clinicians and staff.
• Create documentation and site visit reports with the Project Manager.
• Support sales with customer demonstrations and trade fairs.
• Provide feedback to project stakeholders and coordinate incidents.
