Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is currently searching for 1 intern to join our Internship in the Operations Department at Latina Plant (Borgo San Michele). The Intern will support and be trained on multiple activities including OEE measurement, KPI management, and shopfloor improvements.

Master's degree in a relevant field, proficient Italian, fluent English, and strong MS Office skills are required. The position is posted in Italy with a monthly pay of 950 EUR for six months.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field (Pharmacy, Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology)
• Proficiency in Italian language
• Fluent in English
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel a plus)
• Ownership and accountability mindset

Responsibilities

• Support the production efficiency measuring tool (OEE)
• Help manage Production KPIs
• Monitor production rhythm wheels
• Assist in monitoring the production plan progress
• Facilitate daily site team meetings (maintenance, planning, production, quality)
• Identify shopfloor improvement areas
• Support shopfloor improvement initiatives
• Assist supervisors with team communications on safety and quality
