Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Operations Support Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Borgo San Michele – Latina, Italy. You will help update GMP procedures, drive continuous improvement, and support root-cause analysis across operations.

The role requires a scientific university degree, English fluency, and 6 months of pharmaceutical production experience. Proactive collaboration and a strong quality mindset are essential for success.

• University Degree in a scientific field (Chemistry/CTF or equivalent).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English required.
• Pharmaceutical production experience (6 months) preferred.

Mansioni

We are searching for the best talent for Associate Operations Support Specialist to be in Borgo San Michele – Latina.

For this role we offer 12 months fixed term contract.

As a Associate Operations Support Specialist, you will:

• Support the updating of procedures (WI & SOP) in the Operations area, promoting continuous improvement of GMP processes.
• Contribute, in collaboration with the responsible of the areas involved, to the identification of improvements and SOP review.
• Assure that shop floor events are promptly reported and managed in accordance with company procedures with a focus on identifying the root cause and the proper effective CPA.
• Support the Operations group to ensure that the culture of quality is an integral part of the systematic approach to processes.
• Ensure the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions to avoid the potential re-occurrence of shop floor problems, through monitoring with specific KPIs, in order to achieve production objectives and reduce Quality and Compliance problems.
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of the procedures and flows that arise as corrective / preventive actions from the investigations.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• University Degree - Scientific field (Chemistry, chemistry and pharmaceutic technology – CTF or other equivalent)
• Ability in problem-solving and decision making technique.
• Good interpersonal, communication, partnership, and organization skills required;
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Power Point
• Proficiency in English is required
• Working experience of at least 6 months in a pharmaceutical production plant (is preferred)

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€27,100.00 - €43,240.00
