L’Oréal in Settimo Torinese, Italy, offers a Manufacturing Engineer Internship. You will join the Production team to learn by doing, applying Lean Manufacturing and collaborating with multiple departments to improve processes and efficiency.

The role requires a Master’s in engineering, strong Italian and good English, and a passion for operations. Monthly gross allowance is 1000€, with access to the company canteen and e-learning resources.

Competenze

• Master's degree in engineering (mechanical, management, industrial production, chemistry).
• Previous experience in the production field is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of English; French is a plus.
• Complete mastery of Microsoft Office and data analyst programs.
• Strong passion for the Operations world and ability to work in a team.

Mansioni

• Knowledge and application of Lean Manufacturing.
• Collaboration with Performance, Quality and Safety Departments.
• Support continuous improvement projects in the production department.
• Analysis of department indicators: production progress, waste, quality, and safety.
• Follow up and support production planning management.
• Analyze & Standardize: Run chrono-analyses, utilize SPI/Track Advance tools, optimize 5S, changeovers, and machine reliability.
• Formalize & Innovate: Draft standard procedures and propose smart digital or AI-driven shopfloor solutions.
