Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking 1 intern to join our Internship in the Operations Department at Latina Plant (Borgo San Michele). You will engage in hands-on production support, monitor KPIs, and contribute to shopfloor improvement initiatives within a structured internship program.

Fluent in English and Italian, you should be pursuing a Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Chemistry or Biotechnology, with strong ownership and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, CTF, Chemistry or Biotechnology.
Proficiency in Italian language and fluency in English.
Good knowledge of MS Office; Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support production KPIs and OEE measurements.
Assist in monitoring production rhythm wheels and plans.
Facilitate daily site meetings with maintenance, planning, production and quality teams.
Identify shopfloor improvement opportunities and support safety/quality initiatives.
Collaborate with supervisors on communications and projects.

Activities

Support the tool for measuring efficiency of production equipment (OEE - Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
Help manage Production Key Performance Indicators.
Support in monitoring the production rhythm wheels.
Participation in monitoring the progress of the production plan.
Facilitate daily meetings with different site teams (e.g. maintenance, planning, production, quality etc.).
Identify areas of improvement on the shopfloor.
Support the implementation of shopfloor improvement initiatives.
Support supervisors with team communications on safety/quality issues, performance and new projects.
