Mandarin Oriental, Milan, within the People & Culture Department, the P&C Intern supports HR operations and colleague engagement, contributing to a positive colleague experience in line with Mandarin Oriental standards. The P&C Intern reports to the P&C Manager.

Based at the Milan property, you will assist with recruitment, onboarding, records, lifecycle management, internal communications, events and reporting.

Competenze

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Italian, in speech and writing.
• Demonstrates interest in HR, employee engagement and organisational culture.
• Proactive, professional, and team-oriented approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Support recruitment and onboarding for interns and staff, including pre-screening and documentation.
• Maintain accurate staff records and databases.
• Assist onboarding processes and welcome materials.
• Support internship lifecycle management, follow-up and offboarding.
• Assist in internal communications materials and events.
• Help organise colleague events and engagement activities.
• Prepare content for internal channels (menus, announcements, visuals).
• Support P&C administration, filing and documentation.
