Job summary

Logycod is building an e-commerce fulfilment business in Italy. We are looking for the person who will take ownership of the operation on the ground and build it with us.

This role requires leading from the front, solving problems without waiting for instructions, and doing whatever the operation requires. The business runs seven days a week, with difficult days, nights and weekends; there is no distinction between managing and executing—the objective comes first.

Responsibilities

• Daily warehouse performance, from inbound and inventory to dispatch and returns.
• Same-day shipping, stock accuracy and efficient use of resources.
• Recruiting, organizing and leading the warehouse team.
• Working hands-on alongside the team across all warehouse activities.
• Building scalable processes, controls and KPIs.
• Developing courier partnerships that improve delivery rates and costs.
• Supporting the acquisition and onboarding of new 3PL clients.
• Growing Logycod Italy into a professional and profitable operation.
