The Green Recruitment Company is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for an international renewable energy developer's 100–200 MWp utility-scale Solar PV project in Sicily. This owner’s representative role is on-site throughout construction, overseeing delivery by third-party EPC contractors and ensuring safety, quality and schedule alignment.

We require 3–5 years in construction management or site supervision, strong PV construction exposure, and an engineering/technical degree.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in construction management or site supervision.
• Background in utility-scale solar PV projects is highly desirable.
• Experience with renewables or large-scale industrial construction.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, SLDs and technical specs.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to be site-based.

Mansioni

• Act as the owner’s on-site representative, monitoring progress and safety.
• Ensure delivery to required quality standards, on schedule, and per contract.
• Coordinate with EPCs, subcontractors, grid stakeholders and internal teams.
