A leading renewable energy company is seeking a Site Manager for their projects in Sicily. The role requires overseeing the operation and maintenance of power plants, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include managing contractors, documenting safety incidents, and leading performance improvement actions. Ideal candidates should have a background in mechanical or electrical fields, along with 2-5 years’ experience in the renewables industry. This is a full-time position based in Catania.

Competenze

• Min 2-5 years experience managing PV Plants.
• Experience of Wind plants is beneficial.
• Strong ability to manage communities and landlords.

Mansioni

• Manage contractors to execute maintenance within specified time and quality.
• Ensure safety of all personnel on site, adhering to regulations.
• Document safety incidents and work with contractors for compliance.

Formazione
