Nadara Italy SpA is seeking a Site Manager for their operations in Catania, Sicily. This position involves overseeing the performance of renewable energy assets, managing contractors for maintenance, and ensuring safety and environmental compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in managing PV plants and a background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil construction. The role is full-time and requires strong communication skills, planning capabilities, and experience in the Renewables Industry.

Competenze

• 2–5 years managing PV plants.
• Educational background in mechanical, electrical, or civil construction.
• 2–5 years of experience within the Renewables Industry.

Mansioni

• Oversee safe and optimal performance of renewable energy assets in Sicily.
• Manage contractors to execute planned and corrective maintenance.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of contractors for QHSE compliance.
• Produce monthly operational reports detailing Asset Management activities.

Conoscenze

PV fault analysis and participation in corrective action planning

Strong scheduling and planning skills

Clear written and verbal communication

Experience with O&M service companies

Formazione

Educational background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil construction
