Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking an Overnight Cook to prepare and serve meals during the overnight shift, ensuring quality and safety. The role requires cooking school education or equivalent experience and at least two years of culinary work, with Italian language skills; English is a plus.

• Prepare and serve overnight shift dishes following recipes and standards.
• Operate, maintain and clean kitchen equipment safely.
• Date, rotate and check perishables; manage stock and waste.
• Assist with prep-work and cleaning in all kitchen areas.
• Assist with food preparation in other kitchen areas when needed.
