Four Seasons Hotel Firenze in Florence is seeking a talented Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join our renowned culinary team. You will support the creation of exquisite desserts for our restaurants, banquets and events, working alongside experienced chefs in a luxury hotel setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of pastry or kitchen experience, a passion for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Italian fluency is expected; English is a plus.

Mansioni

• Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and bakery items.
• Support daily pastry operations, mise en place, station setup, and service.
• Assist the Pastry Chef de Partie in supervising, training, and motivating team members.
• Ensure proper food storage, stock rotation, waste control, and hygiene standards.
• Operate pastry kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Contribute to special requests and support other kitchen areas as needed.
